Hyatt Palm Springs Hotel, Palm Springs

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with clean and spacious rooms that offered an amazing view. The staff was friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to everything downtown, so I barely had to drive. However, the dining options could use some improvement, particularly for breakfast, and the facilities had some minor issues that needed addressing.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it has a fantastic location right in Downtown Palm Springs, my experience was somewhat mixed. The rooms were spacious but unfortunately not very clean, and I had a bit of a nightmare having to change rooms at 2 am with no staff around to help. On the upside, the service was excellent, especially from Nicholas, who truly made us feel welcome. Overall, it had some pros such as the great location and friendly staff, but the cleanliness and room situation left much to be desired.
